Friday 13 December 2019: Adelaide Airport has awarded awpl the Travel Essentials, Gift, and Premium Fibres contracts as part of the terminal expansion project due to be delivered across 2020-2021.
awpl – an established news & books operator as well as the region’s leading destination retailer – has been awarded a contract for five stores as part of Adelaide Airport’s Terminal Expansion project. The Terminal Expansion Project will deliver an 80 per cent increase in retail space, more food offerings and upgraded domestic and international passenger facilities.
awpl will open News@ADL, Australian Way and Natural Collective as part of the customer experience transformation at Adelaide Airport.

Adelaide Airport’s Head of Retail and Commercial – Terminal, John Pearce, said the partnership would ultimately benefit travellers and visitors to the airport.
