Wednesday 6 June 2018: awpl are pleased to announce the launch of News@BNE, a news and travel essentials concept exclusive to Brisbane Airport, set to open for trade in the Domestic Terminal from late 2018. We will also be launching a new first-to-market concept bookstore/cafe and local produce stockist called Bound, which will be opening in Brisbane Airport in early 2020.
News@BNE will offer customers news, books, magazines, stationery, beverages, technology and travel essentials within an environment unique to Brisbane Airport, with a special focus on friendly and efficient customer service.
Bound will be offering an experience unlike any other airport bookstore. With market-leading book offerings supported by an in-store espresso café and wine bar serving the best wines and produce from Brisbane and its surrounds.
awpl have signed on with 10 new stores as part of Brisbane Airport’s $40 million northern Domestic Terminal redevelopment. This redevelopment will deliver more than 50 new tenancies, which include new retail, food offerings and upgraded passenger facilities.
